Being able to control your body and create movement using the core will go a long way on your Tango dancing…  Exercises (balance, disassociations, control, coordination) should all be part of your dancing routine.

TANGOFLEX is a program that I created to increase flexibility, balance, core strength, maintain good posture and coordination – all key ingredients for a dancer.  By enabling you to understand and engage your muscles on demand, you are able to have better control of your body, hence improve your dance.

I did not specifically create TANGOFLEX for Tango dancers, but because of all the muslces involved (plus it uses Tango music), it benefits a lot of people and disciplines.  Learn more About TANGOFLEX.
